1. Ownership
Rights in GLEAP-created writing, editing and design belong to GLEAP or the relevant creator. The © 2026 GLEAP notice does not transfer rights in third-party photographs, writing or logos to GLEAP.
2. Photographs and images of people
- Before a photograph is posted, confirm both the photographer's copyright permission and the depicted person's consent to publication.
- When an identifiable minor appears, explain the purpose, publication scope and duration and obtain the legal guardian's consent when required.
- Consent to participate in an event does not automatically authorize every promotional or derivative use, so the medium, duration and permitted editing must be recorded specifically.
- Requests to remove material or stop its use may be sent to the operators' email address.
3. Logos, trademarks and fonts
GLEAP and Seoul National University names and logos must be used in accordance with the respective rights holders' rules and may not be used in a way that falsely suggests an official affiliation or endorsement. The website uses Pretendard and follows the license included with its distribution.
4. Use of content
Apart from personal viewing and sharing attributed links, advance permission is required to reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially use the content, or to create a dataset from it. If a specific item displays a separate license or source notice, that notice takes precedence.

5. Recommended rights records
- File name, photographer or creator, date of capture or creation, and rights holder contact
- Authorized media, purpose, territory, duration and editing scope
- Consent status of people shown and, for minors, the legal guardian's consent status
- The original license or purchase record for fonts, icons and external material
